As a key member of the team, you'll take ownership of your work, ensuring it meets project objectives and Deloitte's high-quality standards. You'll develop innovative solutions using Salesforce configuration and customization features, proactively identifying and resolving risks to ensure smooth project execution.

Develop tailored Salesforce solutions through configuration and customization. Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues, escalating when necessary. Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of key business processes. Contribute to sector knowledge building through firm initiatives and external engagement. Apply an understanding of global trends to client needs and recommendations. Analyze the impact of emerging technologies on relevant functions and processes. Lead client interactions, including demos and workshops, and manage multi-member teams. Ensure project deliverables are met with discipline, focus, and adherence to deadlines.

Mandatory prior experience in Salesforce is essential. Extensive experience in solution design, client management, client demos, and conducting design and development workshops. A strong understanding of Salesforce features like Lightning, integration, and project implementation methodologies. Proven work experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Salesforce Platform, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds. Ability to accurately estimate efforts and design comprehensive system architectures. Demonstrated experience in client handling and leading cross-functional teams. Exceptional project discipline, organization, focus, and drive to meet deliverables. Familiarity with implementation best practices on the Force.com platform and Salesforce. Proficiency in developing all project-related documentation, including requirements, system design, use cases, test plans, and training manuals. A graduate degree in Science or Engineering from a premier institution is required, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in management or consulting. At least 1-2 end-to-end SFDC implementation experiences, either in India or globally, are necessary.
