Develop and customize solutions using Salesforce's extensive configuration and customization features. Proactively identify and resolve workstream risks and issues, escalating when necessary to leadership. Drive efficiency and effectiveness within key business functions by identifying process improvement opportunities. Contribute to sector knowledge by engaging in firm initiatives and attending industry conferences. Apply an understanding of global trends to address client needs and enhance recommendations.

Effectively manage client relationships and lead multi-member teams on projects. Demonstrate strong project discipline, ensuring organization and focus to meet all deliverable dates. Develop comprehensive project documentation, including requirement documents, system design documents, use cases, test plans, and training manuals. Lead team efforts and be accountable for client deliverables, ensuring successful project outcomes.

A strong foundation in Salesforce is mandatory, coupled with extensive experience in solution design, client management, and delivering compelling client demos. You should possess a thorough understanding of Salesforce features such as Lightning and integration capabilities, along with familiarity with project implementation methodologies. Prior work experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Salesforce Platform, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds is essential.

An ability to interpret requirements and provide accurate effort estimates and overall system designs is crucial. Experience in managing clients and leading teams on past projects is required. Candidates should exhibit demonstrated project discipline, maintaining organization and focus to meet established deadlines. Familiarity with implementation best practices on the Force.com platform and Salesforce is expected. A Graduate degree in Science or Engineering from premier institutions is desired, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in management or consulting.
