Join our team as an experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer. This role is pivotal in managing and enhancing our Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, deployment strategies, automation, and release management across various Salesforce environments.

Your expertise will be crucial in driving functional excellence and enabling innovation within our Customer unit, which serves as the engine for our long-term growth.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing robust Salesforce CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments. You will manage deployments across development, QA, UAT, and production environments using tools like Git, GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, SFDX, and Salesforce CLI.

This role also involves automating testing, validation, and release management processes. You will oversee source control, branching strategies, code merges, and release versioning, while actively monitoring pipelines and resolving build/deployment issues. Collaboration with Salesforce Developers, Architects, QA, and business teams is essential for ensuring seamless releases and implementing DevOps best practices, security controls, and governance.

We are seeking candidates with 3–8 years of dedicated experience in Salesforce DevOps or general DevOps engineering. A strong, hands-on background with Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, Git, and CI/CD tools is essential.

Proficiency with tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps is required. A solid understanding of Salesforce metadata, effective deployment strategies, and environment management is also necessary. Candidates should possess experience in automation, release management, and troubleshooting, coupled with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. While not mandatory, Salesforce DevOps or relevant Salesforce certifications are highly desirable. A B.Tech/M.Tech or equivalent qualification/experience is expected.
