This role offers the chance to develop impactful solutions using Salesforce configuration and customization. You will proactively manage risks, identify process improvements, and contribute to our firm's knowledge base by staying abreast of global trends and emerging technologies.

Develop and implement Salesforce solutions, leveraging configuration and customization features to meet client needs. Proactively identify and address workstream risks and issues, escalating as necessary. Drive efficiency and effectiveness in business functions through process improvement initiatives.

Contribute to the firm's sector knowledge by engaging in relevant initiatives and staying informed about industry conferences. Apply awareness of global trends and emerging technologies to enhance client recommendations and address evolving needs.

A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in management or consulting is required, with at least 1-2 end-to-end SFDC implementation experiences. Expertise in Salesforce is mandatory, including extensive experience in solution design, client management, conducting client demos, and leading design and development workshops.

Strong understanding of Salesforce features like Lightning, integration, and project implementation methodologies is essential. Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Salesforce Platform, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds is needed. Experience with Heroku and e-commerce is a plus.

Ability to accurately assess requirements, prepare effort estimates, and design overall systems is crucial. Demonstrated project discipline, organization, focus, and drive are key. Familiarity with implementation best practices on the Force.com platform and Salesforce is required. You will be responsible for managing client deliverables and leading multi-member teams.
