A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in management or consulting is required.

Mandatory prior experience in Salesforce is essential, with at least 1-2 end-to-end SFDC implementation experiences globally or in India.

A graduate degree in Science or Engineering from a premier institute is desired.

Strong proficiency in solution design, client management, client demos, and conducting design & development workshops is crucial.

Demonstrated understanding of Salesforce features such as Lightning, integration, and project implementation methodologies is necessary.

Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Salesforce Platform, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds is a significant advantage.

Ability to comprehend requirements, prepare effort estimates, and design overall system architecture is vital.

Proven experience managing clients and leading multi-member teams on past projects is expected.

Exhibit strong project discipline, organization, focus, and drive towards established deliverables.

Familiarity with Force.com platform and Salesforce implementation best practices is important.
