A strong foundation in Salesforce is mandatory, with extensive experience in solution design, client management, and delivering client demonstrations. You should possess a solid understanding of Salesforce features such as Lightning, integration capabilities, and project implementation methodologies. Significant experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Salesforce Platform, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds is essential.

Possession of Heroku or e-commerce knowledge is considered a valuable asset. The ability to accurately interpret requirements, prepare effort estimates, and design overall systems is crucial. Demonstrated experience in managing clients and leading teams on past projects is required. Familiarity with implementation best practices on the Force.com platform and Salesforce is expected.
