As a Consultant, you will take ownership of your work, ensuring project objectives and Deloitte's quality standards are met. Develop robust solutions leveraging Salesforce's configuration and customization capabilities.

Proactively identify and address workstream risks, escalating issues when necessary. Discover and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of key business processes.

Contribute to building sector knowledge through firm initiatives and by staying informed about industry conferences. Apply awareness of global trends to meet client needs and elevate recommendations. Understand the impact of emerging technologies on relevant functions and processes.

A strong foundation in Salesforce is mandatory, coupled with extensive experience in solution design, client management, and conducting client demos and workshops. A solid understanding of Salesforce features like Lightening, integration, and project implementation methodologies is essential.

Demonstrate hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, the Salesforce platform, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds. Knowledge of Heroku and e-commerce is considered a valuable asset.

Possess the ability to accurately interpret requirements, prepare effort estimates, and create overall system designs. Experience managing clients and leading multi-member teams on past projects is required. You should exhibit strong project discipline, organization, focus, and a drive to meet deliverables.

Familiarity with Force.com platform and Salesforce implementation best practices is necessary. The capability to develop all project-related documentation, including requirement documents, system design documents, use cases, test plans, and training manuals, is key.
