Join our dynamic Consulting team as a Salesforce Tableau Developer. You will be instrumental in crafting and deploying sophisticated enterprise analytics solutions leveraging Tableau Prep, Pulse, and Cloud/Server technologies. Design, develop, and maintain robust data flows using Tableau Prep for data cleansing and integration. Configure and implement Tableau Pulse metrics for personalized business insights. Create scalable and interactive Tableau dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting solutions.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define reporting requirements. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks. Optimize data pipelines and dashboard performance for enhanced user adoption. Support testing, deployment, and production support activities.

Build reusable analytics frameworks and best practices. Stay abreast of emerging Tableau capabilities and AI-powered analytics. Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.

We seek professionals with 3-7 years of experience in Salesforce Analytics, Tableau Development, Business Intelligence, or Data Consulting. A proven track record of at least one end-to-end implementation involving Salesforce data integration and Tableau reporting is essential.

Possession of Tableau or Salesforce certifications is highly desirable. Experience working directly with client stakeholders and managing deliverables in a consulting setting is crucial. Exposure to cloud analytics platforms and enterprise reporting programs is a significant advantage.

An engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or related Bachelor's degree is required.
