You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying advanced enterprise analytics solutions leveraging the full power of Tableau Prep, Tableau Pulse, and Tableau Cloud/Server. Architect and build robust Tableau Prep data flows for comprehensive data cleansing, transformation, and integration. Configure and implement Tableau Pulse to deliver personalized metrics and insights tailored to user needs. Develop scalable, interactive Tableau dashboards, scorecards, and key performance indicator (KPI) reporting solutions. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define and gather reporting and analytics requirements. Proactively identify project risks and issues, contributing effectively to mitigation strategies. Optimize data pipelines and dashboard performance for maximum scalability and user adoption. Support user acceptance testing, deployment, and ongoing production support. Foster a culture of knowledge sharing by mentoring junior team members and building reusable analytics frameworks.

We are seeking a candidate with 3-7 years of experience in Salesforce Analytics, Tableau Development, Business Intelligence, or Data Consulting, with a proven track record of at least one end-to-end implementation involving Salesforce data integration and Tableau reporting. While not mandatory, Tableau Certified Data Analyst, Tableau Desktop Specialist, or Salesforce certifications are highly preferred. Experience working directly with client stakeholders and managing deliverables within a consulting environment is essential. Familiarity with cloud analytics platforms and enterprise reporting programs is advantageous. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline is required.
