Mandatory prior experience with Salesforce is essential. Possess extensive experience in solution design, client management, delivering client demonstrations, and conducting design and development workshops. A strong understanding of Salesforce features like Lightning, integration, and project implementation methodologies is required.

Demonstrated work experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Salesforce Platform, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds is necessary. Knowledge of Heroku and e-commerce is considered a plus. You should be adept at understanding requirements, preparing effort estimates, and designing overall systems. Experience managing clients and leading multi-member teams on recent projects is crucial.

Exhibit strong project discipline, organization, focus, and a drive to meet deliverable dates. Familiarity with implementation best practices on the Force.com platform and Salesforce is expected. The ability to develop all project-related documents, including requirements, system design, use cases, test plans, and training manuals, is key. Responsibilities include team management and client deliverables, with Salesforce DevOps tools like Copado and Jenkins being advantageous.

We are seeking candidates with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in management or consulting. At least 3-4 end-to-end SFDC implementation experiences globally are required. A graduate degree in Science or Engineering from premier institutes is necessary. The base location is PAN India, with a willingness to travel for short and long-term durations. This role is based in Pune, IN, and operates in a hybrid work model.
