Develop innovative solutions using Salesforce's configure and customization features. Proactively identify and resolve potential risks and issues, escalating when necessary. Enhance business processes by identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and effectiveness. Build sector knowledge through firm initiatives and industry engagement. Understand and apply the impact of emerging technologies to client needs and recommendations.

Mandatory prior experience in Salesforce, with extensive skills in solution design, client management, and conducting workshops. A strong understanding of Salesforce features like Lightning, integration, and project implementation methodologies is essential. Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Salesforce Platform, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds is required. The ability to estimate effort, design systems, manage clients, and lead teams is crucial. Demonstrated project discipline, organization, and focus on deliverables are key. Familiarity with Force.com platform best practices and experience developing project documentation (requirements, design, test plans, training manuals) are expected. Team leadership and client deliverable management are also core responsibilities. A minimum of 1-2 end-to-end SFDC implementation experiences globally or in India is highly desired, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
