Apply awareness of global trends to address client needs and refine recommendations.

Mandatory prior experience with Salesforce and extensive expertise in solution design, client management, and client demos.

Proficiency in Salesforce features such as Lightning, integration, and project implementation methodologies is essential.

Demonstrate strong experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Salesforce Platform, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds.

Familiarity with Heroku and e-commerce is considered a plus.

Ability to accurately assess requirements, prepare effort estimates, and design overall systems.

Experience in managing clients and leading multi-member teams on past projects is required. Must possess demonstrated project discipline, organization, focus, and drive to meet deliverables.

Knowledge of implementation best practices on the Force.com platform and Salesforce is crucial. Capability to develop all project-related documentation, including requirements, system designs, use cases, test plans, and training manuals, is necessary. Responsibility for team management and client deliverables is also key.
