Develop and customize Salesforce applications utilizing Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL. Design and implement scalable solutions across various Salesforce clouds. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware. Build automation using Flows and other tools. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to testing and deployment. Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure application stability and performance. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Adhere to Salesforce development best practices and security guidelines. Support production releases and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce releases and emerging technologies.

A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a consulting or management environment is required. Prior Salesforce experience is mandatory, with a strong emphasis on solution design, client management, and conducting workshops. Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs is essential. Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud is expected. A solid understanding of Salesforce security, data model, and governor limits is crucial. Proficiency in integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms is necessary. Familiarity with SOQL, SOSL, Git, Salesforce DX (SFDX), and Agile methodologies is required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are vital for success in this fast-paced role.
