As a Salesforce Consultant, you will be instrumental in taking ownership of your workstream, ensuring project objectives are met and quality standards are upheld. You will develop robust solutions using Salesforce's configure and customization features, proactively identifying and resolving potential risks.

Your role will involve identifying opportunities to enhance key business processes, contributing to sector-specific knowledge building, and applying awareness of global trends to client needs. You'll also analyze the impact of emerging technologies on relevant functions and processes.

We require prior mandatory experience in Salesforce, coupled with extensive expertise in solution design, client management, and conducting design and development workshops. A strong understanding of Salesforce features like Lightning and integration, alongside project implementation methodologies, is essential.

Demonstrated experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, the Salesforce platform, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds is crucial. While knowledge of Heroku and e-commerce is a plus, the ability to understand requirements, prepare effort estimates, and design systems is key. Experience managing clients and leading multi-member teams on past projects is also required.
