This role involves developing cutting-edge Salesforce solutions through configuration and customization, while proactively managing risks and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Leverage your expertise to understand global trends and the impact of emerging technologies, enhancing client recommendations and contributing to our firm's knowledge base in specific sectors.

Develop robust solutions utilizing Salesforce's configure and customization features.

Proactively identify and resolve workstream risks or escalate them appropriately.

Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within key business functions.

Contribute to firm initiatives and sector eminence by building sector knowledge.

Apply awareness of global trends and emerging technologies to client needs and recommendations.

Mandatory prior experience in Salesforce is essential.

Extensive experience in solution design, client management, client demos, and conducting design & development workshops is required.

Possess a strong understanding of Salesforce features like Lightning, integration, and project implementation methodologies.

Significant work experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Salesforce Platform, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds is necessary.

Ability to accurately understand requirements, prepare effort estimates, and define overall system design.

Proven experience managing clients and leading multi-member teams on past projects.

Demonstrated project discipline, organization, focus, and drive to meet deliverable dates.

Familiarity with implementation best practices on the Force.com platform and Salesforce is a must.

Capability to develop comprehensive project documentation, including requirement documents, system design documents, use cases, test plans, and training manuals.

Experience in handling teams and accountability for client deliverables is expected.

A graduate degree in Science or Engineering from a premier institute is desired, coupled with 3-5 years of relevant experience in a management or consulting environment.

At least 1-2 end-to-end SFDC implementation experiences, either in India or globally, are beneficial.
