Key responsibilities include developing robust Salesforce solutions through configuration and customization. You will proactively identify and manage workstream risks, escalating issues as needed. The role involves identifying opportunities to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness within business functions, while contributing to sector knowledge and staying abreast of global trends and emerging technologies.

A mandatory background in Salesforce is essential, complemented by extensive experience in solution design, client management, and conducting workshops. A strong understanding of Salesforce features like Lightning and integrations, along with project implementation methodologies, is required. Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Salesforce Platform, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds is necessary. The ability to understand requirements, prepare effort estimates, and manage clients and multi-member teams is critical. Demonstrated project discipline, organization, and focus on deliverables are paramount. Familiarity with Force.com platform best practices and the ability to develop project documentation are also key.
