Ensure your work meets engagement and project objectives while upholding Deloitte's quality standards. Proactively identify and resolve workstream risks, or escalate them to leadership. Spearhead efforts to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of key business processes. Contribute to firm initiatives and sector knowledge building, staying abreast of global trends to refine client recommendations. Demonstrate an understanding of emerging technologies and their impact on relevant functions and processes.

Mandatory prior experience with the Salesforce platform. Extensive background in solution design, client management, and delivering client demonstrations. Proven ability to conduct effective design and development workshops. Solid understanding of Salesforce features like Lightning, integration capabilities, and project implementation methodologies. Significant work experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Salesforce Platform, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds. Experience in preparing effort estimates and developing overall system designs based on requirements. Demonstrated success in managing clients and leading multi-member teams. Proven project discipline, with strong organizational skills and a focus on meeting deliverables. Familiarity with implementation best practices on the Force.com platform. Capability to develop comprehensive project documentation, including requirement documents, system design documents, use cases, test plans, and training manuals. Responsibility for handling teams and ensuring client deliverables are met.
