As a Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive working relationships with clients and internal teams.

You will develop solutions using Salesforce configuration and customization features, ensuring alignment with engagement objectives and Deloitte quality standards.

Proactively identify and resolve workstream risks and issues, escalating when necessary, while continuously seeking opportunities to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness within business functions.

Contribute to sector knowledge by participating in firm initiatives and staying abreast of global trends and emerging technologies.

We require prior, mandatory experience in Salesforce, coupled with extensive expertise in solution design, client management, and conducting workshops for demos, design, and development.

A strong understanding of Salesforce features such as Lightning, integration, and project implementation methodologies is essential.

Candidates should possess significant experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Salesforce Platform, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds. Knowledge of Heroku and e-commerce platforms is advantageous.

Proven ability to analyze requirements, prepare effort estimates, and design overall systems is crucial. Experience managing clients and leading multi-member teams on past projects is expected, along with demonstrated project discipline and organization.
