Develop robust solutions leveraging Salesforce configure and customization features.

Proactively identify and resolve workstream risks or escalate them to leadership.

Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business functions.

Build sector-specific knowledge by contributing to firm initiatives and staying informed about industry conferences.

Apply awareness of global trends to meet client needs and refine recommendations.

Understand the impact of emerging technologies on relevant functions and processes.

Mandatory prior experience with Salesforce is required.

Extensive experience in solution design, client management, client demonstrations, and conducting design and development workshops is essential.

Possess a strong understanding of Salesforce features such as Lightning, integration, and project implementation methodologies.

Significant work experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Salesforce Platform, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds is necessary.

Ability to accurately understand requirements, prepare effort estimates, and create overall system designs.

Demonstrated experience in client management and leading multi-member teams on recent projects is expected.

Exhibit strong project discipline, organization, focus, and commitment to meeting deliverable dates.

Familiarity with implementation best practices on the Force.com platform and Salesforce is crucial.

Proficiency in developing all project-related documents, including requirement documents, system design documents, use cases, test plans, and training manuals.

Capability to manage teams and take responsibility for client deliverables.
