Join our dynamic Consulting team as a Salesforce Consultant. In this role, you will cultivate strong client relationships and deliver exceptional outcomes, driving functional excellence and innovation. You'll be instrumental in developing cutting-edge solutions using Salesforce's configure and customization capabilities.

Your responsibilities will include proactively identifying and resolving project risks, and suggesting improvements to key business processes. You will also contribute to building sector knowledge and stay abreast of global trends and emerging technologies to enhance client recommendations.

Develop robust solutions leveraging Salesforce configure and customization features. Proactively identify and address workstream risks, escalating when necessary. Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of core business functions. Contribute to sector expertise through firm initiatives and industry events. Apply awareness of global trends and emerging technologies to client needs.

A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in management or consulting is required. Mandatory prior experience in Salesforce is essential, with at least 1-2 end-to-end SFDC implementations globally. Possess a strong understanding of Salesforce features like Lightning and integration, along with project implementation methodologies. Demonstrate experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Salesforce Platform, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds. Familiarity with Heroku and e-commerce is a plus. Ability to assess requirements, prepare effort estimates, and design overall systems. Proven experience managing clients and leading multi-member teams. A graduate degree in Science or Engineering from a premier institute is desired. This role is based in Ahmedabad, with a willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
