Lead the architectural design of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions. Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Configure, customize, and integrate D365 CRM and Power Platform components. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams. Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and design specifications. Implement robust security measures and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Train end-users and offer ongoing support for successful solution adoption. Stay current with industry trends and advise on relevant advancements. Contribute to pre-sales activities with technical expertise.

Requires proven experience (12-17 years) in designing and implementing large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions. Strong expertise in D365 CRM configuration/customization, including entities, forms, workflows, and plugins, along with client-side scripting (JS/TS). Proficiency in Power Platform components like Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Portal/Pages is essential. Experience integrating D365 CRM and Power Platform with other enterprise systems via APIs, connectors, and middleware is required. Solid understanding of software architecture principles, integration patterns, and data modeling is key. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills are necessary, along with knowledge of agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
