Join Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP as a Senior Consultant specializing in Project Management and Business Analysis within our Customer domain in Bengaluru. This role is crucial for ensuring strong foundations for future aspirations, attesting to accomplishments, and navigating challenges.

As a Senior Consultant, you will drive innovative AI/ML solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, data scientists, and engineers to deliver scalable AI-driven products. You'll leverage your expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and LLMs to tackle complex business problems.

This position requires frequent or occasional travel to client locations, with our default working mode being hybrid, customized by each domain to meet unique needs. We are seeking a candidate who can bridge business and IT, driving impactful improvements in the banking sector.

You will be responsible for end-to-end project implementation across various banking systems. This includes creating and maintaining detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and preparing status reports that cover scope, milestones, budget, risks, and change requests.

Your duties will involve managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, and defining, prioritizing, and managing the pipeline of potential projects with IT and business stakeholders. You will also provide overall project administration, including documenting meeting minutes, tracking issues, decisions, and action items, and managing dependencies between projects and IT groups.

Risk management is a key aspect, requiring you to maintain documentation for identified risks and mitigation strategies. You will find solutions for problems to aid project progress and delivery, escalating issues in a timely manner. Additionally, you'll manage project documentation, train the Production Support team for BAU handover, and assist in defining project scope and objectives while ensuring technical feasibility.

A proven track record in project management within the IT sector, particularly with banking systems, is essential. Expertise in the full project lifecycle, including defining and managing scope, schedule, and budget, is required.

Technical proficiency is vital; you should possess a sound understanding of technology architecture, design frameworks, and application control flows. A good understanding of the banking domain is a mandatory requirement.

Key skills include experience with Power BI, Data Analytics, DAX, SQL, AI Agents, and Agentic AI frameworks. Familiarity with multimodal AI solutions (text, image, audio, video), AI governance, model monitoring, and responsible AI practices is expected. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is beneficial.

Additional requirements include IT program/portfolio management, stakeholder management, resource planning, business analysis, strategy, vendor management, and process improvement experience. The ability to work in Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid frameworks while educating team members is crucial. You must be adept at drawing consensus from stakeholders and driving decision-making. Understanding financial governance, including estimations, budgeting, and forecasting, is also necessary.
