Deliver robust, enterprise-grade integrations and manage technical interactions throughout the customer lifecycle. Lead client-facing technical discussions and collaborate with Pre-Sales Architects, Delivery Managers, and Project Managers to design and implement integrated solutions. Oversee technical development, document processes, and troubleshoot issues effectively. Provide post-deployment support and assess integration needs, proposing solutions during both pre-sales and post-sales phases. Develop integration solutions, including coding and configuration, to align with Workfront capabilities and customer requirements.

We seek a results-oriented practitioner with a strong consultative focus on business processes and integrations, holding a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of overall software development experience. A minimum of 5 years in client-facing integration or implementation work is essential. Proficiency with Workfront Fusion, Dell Boomi, or similar IPaaS platforms is highly desired, alongside expertise in Java, PHP, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and relational databases/SQL. Familiarity with data migration, SaaS environments, enterprise systems of record (ERP, HCM/HRIS, SFA/CRM), and third-party software integrations is crucial. Excellent technical, analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and prioritization skills are required to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
