Join our team as a Senior Consultant specializing in Workfront to drive functional excellence and innovation. This role is instrumental in enabling long-term growth for our customers.

As a Senior Consultant, you will engage directly with clients, leveraging your expertise in Workfront core and fusion to deliver robust solutions. We are looking for individuals with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to guide customers through their digital transformation journey.

Deliver reliable, enterprise-grade integrations and facilitate technical interactions throughout the customer lifecycle. Lead technical discussions, collaborate with Pre-Sales Architects and Project Managers to design and implement integrated solutions.

Oversee technical development, adhering to standard operating procedures for technical delivery and third-party software integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing effective solutions. Assess integration needs, identify solutions, and articulate integration processes and capabilities to clients.

Develop integration solutions, including program coding, IPaaS orchestration, and ETL configuration, while identifying necessary Workfront configurations to support these approaches.

A minimum of 8 years of overall experience is required, with 4-5 years focused on Workfront core and fusion. Certification in Workfront Core and Fusion is preferred. Strong customer-facing experience and exceptional communication skills are mandatory.

Ideal candidates will possess practical AI experience, including agentic frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, and AutoGen, along with proficiency in LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and multi-agent orchestration.

Educational qualifications include a Professional Qualification such as B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS. This position requires occasional travel to client locations. Our default way of working is hybrid, with specific domain customizations.
