Deliver robust, enterprise-grade integrations and manage technical interactions for our clients. Lead in-depth technical discussions with customers during project delivery phases. Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales Architects, Consulting Delivery Managers, Implementation Consultants, and Project Managers to craft and deploy integrated customer solutions. Supervise technical development, adhering to standard operating procedures for technical delivery and third-party software integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues by validating problems and providing effective solutions. Offer post-deployment technical assistance for customer integration-related challenges. Assess integration needs, identify suitable solutions, and clearly articulate integration processes and capabilities during both pre-sales and post-sales interactions. Develop integration solutions, including program coding, IPaaS orchestration, and ETL configuration, alongside necessary Workfront configurations.

A minimum of 8 years of overall professional experience, with 4 to 5 years specifically focused on Workfront core and fusion technologies. Workfront core and fusion expertise is essential, with a preference for candidates holding certifications in both. Proven customer-facing experience and strong communication abilities are mandatory for this role.

Practical experience with AI technologies, including agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen), LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and multi-agent orchestration, is highly desirable.

Educational background should include a Professional Qualification such as B.E., B.Tech, MCA, MBA, or MS. This role requires occasional travel to client locations and operates under a hybrid work model, with specific domain-customized approaches.
