Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring successful delivery from conception to completion. Develop and implement solutions using SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP CX, or Hybris platforms. Apply extensive experience in Java Web Application Development and related technologies, including J2EE and JSP. Utilize application frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate to build robust applications. Design and document technology architectures, articulating object-oriented design principles and design patterns. Work with Hybris core concepts, commerce functionalities, and multi-channel architecture. Implement solutions involving WCMS, Cockpits, Cron jobs, internationalization, personalization, and security.

Contribute to data modeling, data exchange, and integration strategies within Hybris environments. Ensure proficiency in foundational Hybris concepts and a deep understanding of multichannel architecture. Manage client relationships effectively and lead multi-member teams to achieve project objectives. Maintain project discipline, organization, and a strong focus on deliverable timelines. Develop comprehensive project documentation, including requirement, design, use case, and test documents. Take responsibility for client deliverables and team management.

Requires a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Java Web Application Development, J2EE, and JSP. Proven experience (3+ years) with application frameworks like Spring and Hibernate. Demonstrated ability to develop detailed technology architecture and explain object-oriented design and design patterns. Expertise in Hybris core concepts, WCMS, Cockpits, Cron jobs, internationalization, personalization, security, and REST APIs. Experience with multi-channel architecture, data modeling, data exchange, and integration in Hybris is essential. Familiarity with Force.com platform and Salesforce implementation best practices is advantageous. Must possess strong client management skills, experience leading teams, and a disciplined, organized approach to project execution.
