As a Senior Consultant, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining robust customer engagement strategies. You'll leverage your expertise to deliver personalized experiences across various channels, ensuring data integrity and platform reliability. As a Senior Consultant focused on Braze and Segment, you will:

- Implement and manage Twilio Segment solutions, including web analytics and mobile SDKs for iOS, Android, and React Native. - Design and deploy sophisticated event tracking architectures, ensuring adherence to global tracking standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex tracking and identity stitching issues using advanced debugging tools. - Configure and maintain data destinations, ensuring seamless data flow to Braze and data warehouses like Snowflake and BigQuery. - Develop and maintain personalized customer engagement logic using advanced Liquid scripting for dynamic content. - Implement API-driven personalization and design/optimize multi-step customer journeys within Braze Canvas. - Conduct rigorous quality assurance and testing to guarantee pixel-perfect rendering and error-free personalization across all platforms.

To excel in this role, you should possess a B.E/B.Tech degree and demonstrate expertise in the following areas:

- Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze platforms. - Experience in implementing and managing Twilio Segment, including Analytics.js and mobile SDKs. - Strong understanding of web and mobile development concepts (iOS, Android, React Native). - Skilled in designing and deploying event tracking strategies and troubleshooting related issues. - Ability to develop dynamic content using Liquid scripting and implement API integrations. - Experience in building and optimizing customer journeys using Braze Canvas. - Familiarity with data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake and BigQuery. - Competency in using browser developer tools, Segment Debugger, and network proxy tools (e.g., Charles, Fiddler). - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and manage client engagements.
