It facilitates visit planning, account management, content delivery, and dynamic form processing, supporting both iPhone and iPad devices. A key focus is on robust on-device synchronization, ensuring seamless data integrity between the mobile client and Salesforce.

We are seeking a candidate passionate about crafting high-quality, resilient mobile experiences. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining strict standards for quality, crash safety, and localization, driving the success of our client-facing solutions.

Drive the design, development, and maintenance of modular iOS components, including Visit, Planner, CLM, LAC, Dynamic UI, Core Services, Managed Events, and Accounts.

Elevate the offline data layer through advanced local persistence, sophisticated synchronization logic, and efficient merge handling. Implement dynamic, server-configured user interfaces using data-driven forms.

Champion code quality by writing comprehensive unit tests and actively participating in initiatives focused on crash safety, concurrency, and localization.

Optimize application performance, reliability, and maintainability across the mobile platform. Engage in collaborative code reviews and adhere to established team architecture and engineering standards.

Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features that enhance field team productivity and healthcare professional engagement.

Demonstrate strong proficiency in Swift, with a deep understanding of UIKit and/or SwiftUI, including programmatic UI, view controller lifecycles, Auto Layout, and modern iOS design patterns.

Possess a solid grasp of SQLite and SQL-based data access for efficient list management, searching, filtering, and local persistence. Exhibit expertise in iOS architecture patterns like Coordinator, Dependency Injection, protocol-oriented design, and modular application structuring.

Showcase extensive knowledge of data and concurrency principles, including SQLite/FMDB persistence, GCD, async/await, actors, @MainActor, and thread-safety. Highlight experience with offline-first applications, synchronization workflows, and ensuring data consistency. Familiarity with Xcode, Swift Package Manager (SPM), CocoaPods, XCTest, Git, and pull request workflows is essential.

Experience with CI/CD, fastlane, crash triage, and application performance monitoring, coupled with an understanding of localization best practices, is expected. While extensive Salesforce development isn't mandatory, a comfort level with learning core Salesforce concepts is beneficial.
