This role is integral to enhancing the Salesforce platform's capabilities, supporting field representatives and healthcare professionals throughout their customer engagement journey. You'll be instrumental in developing features for both iPhone and iPad, focusing on robust on-device synchronization and delivering high-quality mobile experiences that meet stringent standards for quality, crash safety, and localization.

Design and implement modular iOS components, covering areas like Visit planning, CLM, LAC, dynamic UI, core services, managed events, and account management.

Enhance the offline data layer, focusing on local persistence, synchronization logic, and effective merge handling between background operations and main thread activities.

Develop dynamic, server-driven user interfaces leveraging data-driven forms and pages.

Contribute to unit testing and code quality initiatives, emphasizing crash safety, concurrency, and localization.

Support and improve application performance, reliability, and maintainability across the mobile platform.

Participate in code reviews, adhering to team architecture and engineering standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features supporting field teams and healthcare professional engagement.

Demonstrate extensive experience with Swift as the primary programming language.

Showcase proficiency in UIKit and/or SwiftUI, including programmatic UI development, view controller lifecycles, Auto Layout, and modern iOS UI patterns.

Possess a solid understanding of SQLite and SQL-based data access for efficient list display, search, filtering, and local persistence.

Exhibit experience with iOS architectural patterns such as Coordinator, Dependency Injection, protocol-oriented design, and modular application structures.

Have strong knowledge of data and concurrency principles, including SQLite/FMDB persistence, GCD, async/await, actors, @MainActor, and thread safety.

Experience working with offline-first applications, including synchronization workflows and data consistency requirements, is essential.

Familiarity with Xcode, Swift Package Manager (SPM), CocoaPods, XCTest, Git, and pull request review processes is required.

Experience with CI/CD, fastlane, crash triage, and application performance/logging awareness is beneficial.

Understanding of localization best practices and a commitment to quality-driven development are crucial.

While extensive Salesforce development expertise isn't mandatory, a willingness to learn core Salesforce concepts is expected due to deep platform integration.
