Design, develop, and deploy mobile customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). Configure and manage mobile engagement campaigns, including push notifications and in-app messages.

Integrate AJO with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and its Mobile SDK. Manage mobile messaging channels for both iOS and Android applications.

Implement event-driven journeys using mobile behavioral data and real-time customer profiles. Create personalized mobile experiences through segmentation and offer management.

Collaborate with mobile development teams for SDK integration and event tracking. Implement advanced features like deep links and rich push notifications.

Develop and maintain XDM schemas, datasets, and profile attributes within AEP. Integrate Adobe solutions with external APIs and third-party systems.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize journeys based on key metrics. Troubleshoot mobile messaging and SDK integration issues.

Generate technical documentation and solution designs. Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance. Participate actively in Agile development processes.

A minimum of 7 years of IT experience is required, with at least 3 years focused on Adobe Journey Optimizer. Proficiency in implementing the Adobe Experience Platform Mobile SDK is essential.

Demonstrated experience in configuring mobile messaging channels via APNs and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). Hands-on experience integrating Adobe solutions with native iOS and Android applications is crucial.

Strong understanding of customer journey orchestration and real-time personalization. Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), mobile engagement strategies, and omnichannel marketing is necessary.

Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments is a must. Preferred qualifications include Adobe certifications in AJO or AEP, and experience with Adobe Campaign, Target, or Analytics.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are expected. The ability to lead technical discussions and manage stakeholders effectively is vital. Mentoring junior developers and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are key competencies.
