As a Senior Consultant, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing sophisticated customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer. This includes configuring real-time communications and audience-based campaigns.

Key responsibilities involve integrating AJO with other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and managing customer data within AEP. You will build personalized experiences, manage offers, and orchestrate complex journeys. Furthermore, you'll design APIs, set up data pipelines, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical realities.

Your role will also encompass solution design, technical documentation, and deployment planning. Monitoring campaign performance, troubleshooting execution issues, and optimizing journeys based on analytics are vital. Ensuring adherence to enterprise governance, security, and compliance standards is paramount. You will also mentor junior developers and actively participate in Agile ceremonies to drive project success.

We require a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, coupled with over 7 years of overall IT experience. A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer and strong experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) are essential.

Proven experience integrating Adobe Experience Cloud solutions with enterprise applications is necessary. A solid understanding of customer data platforms (CDP), customer journey orchestration, and personalization techniques is expected. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are a must.

Preferred qualifications include Adobe certifications in AJO or AEP, experience with Adobe Target, and migration projects. Knowledge of customer identity and consent management, along with familiarity with marketing automation best practices, will be advantageous. Experience in enterprise-scale digital transformation programs is also highly valued.
