This role involves working with cutting-edge Adobe technologies to deliver personalized customer journeys.

As a Senior Consultant, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing sophisticated personalization and decisioning strategies. Your expertise will empower organizations to create impactful, real-time customer experiences across various digital touchpoints.

This position requires a deep understanding of the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, with a focus on Adobe Journey Optimizer Decisioning and Offer Decisioning. You will collaborate with diverse teams to architect and deploy robust solutions that meet complex business needs.

Lead end-to-end implementations of Adobe Journey Optimizer Decisioning (AJO-D) and Offer Decisioning (OD) across digital channels. Configure offers, decisions, and personalization strategies using AEP, Adobe Web SDK, and Real-Time Customer Profile.

Design and implement data models, schemas, and identity resolution within Adobe Experience Platform. Integrate customer data from various sources and validate its accuracy for decisioning use cases.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Conduct workshops, provide demonstrations, and deliver knowledge transfer sessions to clients.

Develop comprehensive documentation, including Solution Design Documents and Technical Specifications. Establish implementation standards and best practices for Offer Decisioning solutions.

Optimize personalization strategies and decision effectiveness. Support migrations and identify opportunities to leverage additional Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members. Review solution designs and implementation artifacts, ensuring adherence to best practices and governance standards.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in Adobe Experience Cloud implementations, personalization platforms, or digital experience solutions is required. Hands-on expertise in implementing Adobe Journey Optimizer Decisioning (AJO-D) and Offer Decisioning (OD) is essential.

Strong proficiency with Adobe Data Collection tools, including Adobe Web SDK and Tags, is necessary. Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including XDM schema design, Real-Time Customer Profile, and data ingestion, is critical.

Proven ability to lead end-to-end Adobe Experience Cloud implementation projects and provide client consulting, solution architecture, and technical guidance. Experience troubleshooting complex personalization issues is vital.

Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, SQL, REST APIs, and browser developer tools is expected. A working knowledge of offer strategy, governance, eligibility rules, ranking strategies, and audience qualification is beneficial.

Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and client-facing abilities, and experience working in Agile environments. The ability to work with cross-functional global teams and strong documentation skills are also important.
