This Senior Consultant role focuses on developing and maintaining customer engagement platforms, specifically leveraging Adobe Campaign, Twilio Segment, and Braze. Key responsibilities include implementing and managing Twilio Segment solutions for web and mobile platforms, designing event tracking architecture, and troubleshooting tracking issues. You will also configure and maintain data destinations, ensuring accurate mapping to Braze and data warehouses. Developing personalized customer engagement logic using advanced Liquid scripts and designing multi-step customer journeys within Braze Canvas are critical functions. Maintaining platform integrity, auditing tracking plans, and supporting frontend and mobile-specific tracking implementations are also essential duties.

Candidates must possess proven expertise (3+ years) in Twilio Segment and Braze implementations, coupled with strong programming skills in JavaScript (ES6+) and SQL. A solid understanding of web technologies (DOM, HTML, CSS) and mobile application behavior is required, along with experience in API communication (REST/JSON). Experience within retail or e-commerce ecosystems, including platforms like Shopify, Salesforce, or Magento, is highly desirable. Professional qualifications such as B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS are expected, alongside good verbal and written communication skills.
