This role focuses on building and nurturing positive working relationships with teams and clients, aiming to surpass their expectations. You'll be instrumental in delivering exceptional project outcomes and contributing to long-term growth.

Lead end-to-end project management, overseeing development with SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP CX, or Hybris implementations. Develop and customize extensions, implement business logic using Service Layer, DAO, and Facades. Work on OCC REST APIs, customize Cockpits, and implement CronJobs, Business Processes, and Events. Write and optimize FlexibleSearch queries, and integrate with external systems.

Design scalable SAP Commerce architectures, handle complex integrations, and optimize system performance. Lead code reviews, mentor team members, and manage production issues, including RCA and performance tuning. Collaborate closely with stakeholders and business teams to ensure successful project delivery.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a strong foundation in Java Web Application Development and related technologies. We seek candidates with 3+ years of experience in Java, J2EE, JSP, and application frameworks like Spring and Hibernate. Demonstrable expertise in object-oriented design patterns and Hybris core concepts is essential.

For those with 5+ years of experience, proficiency in Hybris WCMS, Cockpits, Cron jobs, internationalization, personalization, security concepts, and REST is expected. You should be adept at multi-channel architecture, data modeling, data exchange, and integration using Hybris. Experience with OCC APIs and debugging performance issues is also crucial.

Candidates with 8+ years of experience should possess deep expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), including multi-site/country implementations and headless commerce. Advanced Java & Spring skills, OCC API design, Solr tuning, and performance optimization techniques are key. Experience working closely with stakeholders and defining best practices is highly valued.
