Lead and nurture client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Spearhead the customization and development of SAP Hybris e-commerce platforms for both B2C and B2B environments.

Oversee the entire e-commerce development lifecycle, from planning and architecture to configuration and implementation.

Manage client expectations and lead multi-member teams, ensuring successful project outcomes and adherence to deadlines.

Develop comprehensive project documentation, including requirement documents, system designs, use cases, and test plans.

A seasoned professional with 8-10 years of IT experience, including over 5 years specifically focused on planning, architecting, and configuring large-scale SAP Hybris platforms.

Demonstrated expertise in SAP Hybris e-commerce (B2C/B2B), with proven experience in customizing its CMS and e-commerce suite.

Proficiency in Hybris tools such as Management Console, Admin Console, Cockpits, and Cron Jobs, alongside a deep understanding of product modeling and catalog structures.

Strong command of Java, J2EE, and Spring, with hands-on experience in application servers and portal technologies.

Possess 3-6 years of experience in Project Management, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills. A solid grasp of implementation best practices on platforms like Force.com and Salesforce is advantageous.

Ability to understand client needs, prepare effort estimates, and design robust system architectures. Must exhibit strong organizational skills and a drive to meet deliverables.
