You will be the lead technical authority, translating complex business needs into robust, scalable platform solutions for personalized experiences and intelligent automation.

As the lead technical authority, you will architect end-to-end AEP solutions, including schema design, identity graph management, and profile store governance. You will own RTCDP configuration, focusing on merge policies, identity stitching, and audience activation. Responsibilities include architecting data ingestion pipelines, configuring source and destination connectors, and implementing Edge Network for real-time data collection. You will also write complex SQL for data analysis and reporting, and design AEP architectures to support agentic AI workflows, ensuring privacy and compliance.

Furthermore, you will automate AEP REST APIs using Python, build integrations with various systems, and translate full-funnel marketing strategies into actionable AEP architectures. Client engagement, including leading discovery workshops and driving AEP governance, is a key aspect of this role. You will mentor junior consultants and contribute to pre-sales activities, including demos and estimations.

We require a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP, covering schema design, data ingestion, identity management, and activation at an enterprise scale. Mastery of XDM schema design and data modelling fundamentals is essential. Deep expertise in RTCDP, including merge policies, segmentation, and activation governance, is mandatory. Proven experience with AEP connectors, streaming ingestion, and dataflow management is expected.

Candidates should possess strong Query Service and Data Distiller skills, with proficiency in complex SQL and derived datasets. A working knowledge of agentic AI patterns, such as LLM orchestration and autonomous agents, is required. You must demonstrate strong Python skills for API automation and transformations, alongside solid SQL capabilities. Experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery is also necessary. Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences are vital.
