You will play a strategic role in enhancing the success and maturity of our Adobe platform, directly impacting business outcomes.

We are seeking a solution lead capable of guiding teams, unblocking challenges, and elevating our Research & Innovation efforts. This position requires a holistic view of platform operations and business value, partnering closely with engineering and product teams to influence the future roadmap and address unique customer needs.

Develop enterprise-level solution architectures across multiple Adobe products, teams, and business use cases. Design and implement scalable frameworks for platform reliability, health monitoring, operational insights, and proactive issue detection. Establish strong governance architecture, including access visibility, entitlement tracking, auditability, privacy, and compliance. Identify and address gaps between business and operational needs by defining practical architecture patterns and prototypes.

Leverage cross-platform Adobe Experience Cloud understanding to translate complex platform signals into meaningful KPIs and leadership reporting. Exercise strong architecture judgment to determine automation, standardization, monitoring, and escalation strategies. Provide technical leadership to influence cross-functional teams and align stakeholders towards measurable business outcomes. This role involves occasional travel to client locations.

A professional qualification in B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS is required. This position demands extensive experience in enterprise solution architecture with a deep understanding of Adobe Platform Solutions and the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, including AEP, RTCDP, AJO, CJA, Analytics, Workfront, GenStudio, and Experience League. Expertise in designing scalable frameworks, governance architecture, and translating platform signals into business value is crucial. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical fluency in data, APIs, reporting, cloud platforms, and integration patterns, along with exceptional technical leadership skills to guide and influence diverse teams.
