Take ownership of overall Sitecore solution architecture, guiding decisions across various Sitecore products and headless implementations. Lead the architecture and implementation of Sitecore Content Hub, including DAM, CMP, and integrations with enterprise systems.

Ensure end-to-end delivery excellence by establishing engineering standards, CI/CD pipelines, and quality gates. Mentor technical teams and ensure adherence to best practices.

Serve as a senior technical advisor to clients and leadership, translating business needs into robust technology solutions. Facilitate workshops and collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups.

Define Sitecore best practices and governance models, evaluating new capabilities and driving platform modernization. Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks.

A minimum of 16 years in technology, with over 12 years dedicated to CMS/DXP implementations and 9 years of hands-on Sitecore experience is essential. You should have at least 4 years in a technical or enterprise architecture role, with a proven track record of leading 2-3 large-scale Sitecore projects and practical experience with Sitecore Content Hub.

Mandatory skills include deep expertise in Sitecore XP, XM, XM Cloud, Content Hub, headless architectures (JSS, SXA), and modern .NET development (ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#). Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure), CI/CD, DevOps, and integrating Sitecore with enterprise systems is required. Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills are paramount.
