This role focuses on defining robust solution architectures, championing delivery excellence, and establishing best practices for scalable, secure, and high-performing Sitecore platforms. You will be instrumental in ensuring our digital solutions meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Lead the architectural vision for enterprise Sitecore digital platforms, encompassing XP, XM, XM Cloud, Headless SXA, JSS, and Content Hub. Design scalable, secure, cloud-ready solutions that align with strategic business and technology goals. Provide technical direction across CMS, DAM, CMP, personalization, search, analytics, and omnichannel content delivery. Drive the adoption of modern composable DXP patterns and integrate Sitecore products with third-party platforms. Oversee end-to-end delivery of large-scale Sitecore programs, establishing engineering standards, coding practices, and CI/CD pipelines.

Guide teams on Content Hub configuration, extensibility, APIs, and security. Review solution designs, technical specifications, and release plans. Ensure projects meet stringent performance, scalability, security, and maintainability standards. Act as a senior technical advisor to clients and internal leadership, translating business needs into effective technology solutions through workshops and roadmap discussions. Define Sitecore best practices, accelerators, and governance models, and contribute to platform modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.

We are seeking a candidate with extensive hands-on expertise in Sitecore XP, XM, XM Cloud, and modern Sitecore architecture, including significant experience with Sitecore Content Hub and its various components like DAM and CMP. Proven ability in designing Sitecore solutions using ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#, MVC, Web APIs, and microservices is essential. A strong understanding of Sitecore deployment topologies, scalability, performance tuning, security, and personalization is required.

Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, particularly Sitecore PaaS or SaaS, is necessary, alongside robust experience in CI/CD, DevOps tools (Git, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes), and automated release management. The role demands strong leadership capabilities in managing architects and distributed engineering teams, coupled with excellent client-facing communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills. A minimum of 16 years of overall technology experience, with at least 12 years in CMS/DXP implementation and 9 years specifically in Sitecore, is a prerequisite. Previous leadership in 2-3 large-scale Sitecore implementations and practical experience with Sitecore Content Hub implementation or integration are mandatory.
