This position offers a hybrid work model, balancing collaboration with flexibility. Occasional travel to client locations is expected to foster strong partnerships and ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities include delivering reliable enterprise-grade integrations and managing technical interactions throughout the customer lifecycle. You will lead technical discussions with clients, collaborate with Pre-Sales Architects and Project Managers to design and implement solutions, and oversee technical development following standard operating procedures.

Troubleshooting technical issues, providing post-deployment support for customer integrations, and assessing integration needs are also critical. You will develop integration solutions, including program coding, IPaaS orchestration, and ETL configuration, while identifying necessary Workfront configurations to support these approaches.

We are seeking candidates with 3+ years of experience in Workfront or 5+ years in software development with a strong background in client-facing integration or implementation consulting. Familiarity with Content Supply Chain, Martech, or digital marketing operations is essential.

Excellent communication skills are a must. While not mandatory, practical AI experience, including agentic frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and multi-agent orchestration, would be a significant advantage. A professional qualification such as B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS is required.
