Join our Customer Technology team as an SFMC Consultant in Bengaluru. We are seeking a detail-oriented SFMC Tester with 3-5 years of experience to validate Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations. This role is crucial for ensuring high-quality delivery of marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and data integrations across various SFMC modules.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and executing test cases for SFMC applications, with a focus on email campaigns, SMS, push notifications, and customer journeys. You will be testing Automation Studio workflows, Journey Builder flows, and data extensions, performing various types of testing like functional, regression, integration, and UAT.

Validate data accuracy between SFMC and integrated systems, conduct A/B testing, and ensure proper email rendering across devices. You will also identify and log defects, collaborate with development and marketing teams, and support release cycles and production deployments, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

We require 3-5 years of experience with SFMC, including a strong understanding of Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder. Essential skills include campaign testing, validation, SQL for data validation, and familiarity with HTML/CSS for email testing. Experience with API testing tools like Postman and bug tracking tools such as JIRA is necessary.

Familiarity with AMPscript or SSJS, automation testing tools, and Agile/Scrum methodologies are preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, along with excellent communication and collaboration abilities, are expected. This role operates on a hybrid work model, with the base location in Bengaluru.
