Join our dynamic team as a Scrum Master/PMO Consultant, driving Agile delivery excellence and leading complex technology initiatives. This role is pivotal in fostering functional excellence, innovation, and long-term growth within our customer-centric organization. You will be a servant leader, Agile coach, and facilitator, instrumental in implementing Scrum principles and best practices across multiple teams.

We are seeking an individual with extensive experience in Agile delivery management, adept at facilitating Scrum ceremonies, resolving impediments, and coordinating releases. Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership abilities are crucial for delivering high-quality business outcomes on time.

Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement. Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and continuous improvement. Guide teams to achieve sprint goals and maintain consistent delivery velocity. Proactively identify, track, and remove impediments impacting team productivity.

Foster a collaborative, transparent, and learning-oriented environment. Partner with Product Owners to manage backlogs and ensure clear user story definition. Monitor key Agile metrics like velocity, burndown/burnup, and cycle time. Facilitate dependency management and alignment across multiple Agile teams.

Lead release planning and coordination. Drive risk identification and mitigation. Ensure adherence to Agile governance and SDLC standards. Support program leadership with reporting and roadmap planning. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and promote Agile maturity through coaching and training.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent with professional qualifications such as B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS is required, along with three years of equivalent work experience. Experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing Agile delivery metrics is essential.

Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional technology teams in enterprise settings, managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations across multiple teams is necessary. A strong understanding of Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, coupled with excellent communication and facilitation skills, is expected.

Experience coordinating software releases and ensuring adherence to Definition of Done and release governance standards is required. Certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe, or PMP are highly preferred and will be a significant advantage.
