Join our dynamic M&C team as an SAP C4C Techno-Functional Consultant. You will be instrumental in implementing, customizing, and supporting SAP C4C Sales and Service Cloud solutions, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. This role demands a blend of functional and technical expertise in SAP C4C, alongside proficiency in Agile project management and cross-functional collaboration.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in PAN India, requiring a willingness to travel for both short and long durations. We are looking for individuals who embody our purpose by challenging themselves and driving impactful solutions for clients, colleagues, and society.

As a Consultant, you will build and nurture strong client relationships. You'll implement and support SAP C4C solutions, enhance client functionality, and conduct business requirement workshops to translate needs into SAP C4C configurations. Responsibilities include mapping requirements, designing and configuring components like workflow rules and custom fields, and troubleshooting software issues.

You will also manage C4C-ECC integration using HCI or PI, develop OData services and APIs, and customize UI components with Cloud SDK. Development support using ABAP, CDS, and BAPI is also key. Leading Agile activities such as sprint planning and demos using JIRA and Confluence is expected. Proactively suggest system enhancements and apply knowledge of Sales, Service, E-Commerce, and Supply Chain processes.

This role involves working independently, managing multiple projects, documenting designs and test cases, and providing training and support to end-users. You will also mentor junior team members, demonstrating analytical acumen and effective communication skills.

We are seeking a Consultant with a B.Tech/B.E. degree in any specialization and a minimum of 4 years of experience in full-cycle SAP C4C implementations and support. A strong background in at least two full-cycle software implementations involving CRM and ERP integration is essential.

Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence is required. Key technical skills include SAP C4C, Cloud SDK, OData, ABAP, BAPI, Middleware, HCI, and PI. A deep understanding of customer experience and CRM processes is also critical, alongside excellent multitasking and teamwork abilities.

Preferred skills include experience with web services, screen adaptations, report customization, and integration setups with SAP and non-SAP systems. The ability to interpret customer needs and deliver optimal solutions is paramount.
