Join our dynamic M&C team as a SAP C4C Techno-Functional Consultant, a pivotal role driving functional excellence and innovation. You will be instrumental in delivering comprehensive SAP C4C Sales and Service Cloud solutions, focusing on implementation, customization, integration, and ongoing support. This position requires a blend of functional and technical acumen in SAP C4C, coupled with proven experience in Agile project management and effective cross-functional collaboration.

As a Consultant, you'll cultivate strong client relationships and deliver exceptional results. Your work will involve building and enhancing client functionality while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include implementing and supporting SAP C4C solutions to boost client functionality and satisfaction. You will conduct business requirement workshops, interpreting and documenting needs to align with SAP C4C capabilities.

Map client requirements to SAP C4C configurations, developing necessary customizations. Analyze complex business processes, recommending system solutions and addressing any gaps. Design, configure, and test SAP C4C components, including workflow rules, custom fields, and layouts.

Troubleshoot software issues with detailed analysis. Manage C4C-ECC integration via HCI or PI, developing OData services, web services, and APIs. Customize UI components using Cloud SDK and utilize ABAP, CDS, and BAPI for SAP CRM services.

Lead Agile activities like sprint planning and demos using JIRA and Confluence. Proactively propose system and process enhancements. Apply knowledge of Sales, Service, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, and Logistics processes. Document functional designs, test cases, and results, ensuring high-quality documentation.

Provide training and support to end-users and mentor junior team members. Effectively manage multiple projects and adapt to evolving requirements in a fast-paced environment.

To excel in this role, a B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization is required. You should possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in full-cycle SAP C4C implementations and support projects. Experience in at least two full-cycle software implementations, including CRM and ERP integration, is essential.

A deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence is crucial. Key skills include proficiency in SAP C4C, Cloud SDK, OData, ABAP, BAPI, Middleware (HCI, PI), and Agile project management. A strong grasp of customer experience and CRM processes is vital, alongside excellent multitasking and teamwork capabilities.

Additional preferred skills involve experience with web services, screen adaptations, report customization, and integration setups with SAP and non-SAP systems. A proven ability to interpret customer needs and deliver optimal solutions is highly valued, supporting both new implementations and existing projects.
