We are looking for an engineer adept at modular iOS development, offline data management, and delivering high-quality, resilient mobile experiences. Your expertise will be crucial in meeting stringent standards for quality, crash safety, and localization.

Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining modular iOS components such as Visit, Planner, CLM, and Accounts. You will also be instrumental in developing and enhancing the offline data layer, focusing on local persistence, synchronization, and merge handling. Implementing dynamic, server-configured user interfaces via data-driven forms is essential.

This role involves writing comprehensive unit tests, actively participating in code quality initiatives for crash safety and concurrency, and improving overall application performance and reliability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features for field teams and HCPs is a core aspect of this position.

We require strong proficiency in Swift and experience with UIKit/SwiftUI for programmatic UI development. A solid understanding of SQLite and SQL-based data access for local persistence and efficient data retrieval is necessary. Familiarity with iOS architectural patterns like Coordinator and Dependency Injection, alongside robust knowledge of data concurrency principles including GCD, async/await, and actors, is expected.

Experience with offline-first applications, synchronization workflows, and data consistency is vital. You should be comfortable with Xcode, Swift Package Manager, Git, and CI/CD tools like fastlane. Awareness of crash triage and application performance monitoring is also important. While extensive Salesforce development experience isn't mandatory, a willingness to learn core Salesforce concepts is essential as the platform is deeply integrated.
