We are seeking a proficient Flutter Engineer with a strong background in iOS Native development to join our dynamic team. This role involves the end-to-end design, development, integration, and maintenance of sophisticated mobile applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Flutter/Dart and iOS native development using Swift, with a proven track record of seamlessly integrating Flutter applications with native iOS components and services. A focus on robust engineering fundamentals, including Clean Architecture, secure coding practices, performance tuning, and complex SDK integrations, is essential.

Key responsibilities include designing and developing scalable mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, alongside building and maintaining iOS native components in Swift. You will develop intricate Flutter-to-iOS Native integrations utilizing MethodChannel, EventChannel, and BasicMessageChannel, and create custom Flutter plugins as needed. Integrating native iOS SDKs, third-party frameworks, and enterprise SDKs (authentication, payment, security, etc.) is crucial. You will also analyze and troubleshoot issues across all layers (Flutter, Dart, iOS, SDK), design applications following Clean Architecture and SOLID principles, implement secure coding practices, and optimize application performance. Debugging complex interactions between Flutter, iOS, SDKs, and backends, alongside implementing comprehensive testing strategies, will be part of your daily work.

The ideal candidate is an engineer capable of working proficiently across both Flutter and iOS Native layers, possessing the ability to independently diagnose and resolve issues spanning these domains. Strong hands-on technical acumen, particularly in iOS native development, Flutter integration, architecture, security, SDK integration, performance, and problem-solving, is highly valued. Experience in FinTech, payments, or security-sensitive applications is a plus. Familiarity with Swift concurrency, UIKit, SwiftUI, Firebase, performance profiling tools like Xcode Instruments, and mobile application threat modeling will be advantageous. Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines is also beneficial.
