We are seeking a skilled Flutter Engineer with extensive Android Native development experience to join our team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and integrating high-quality mobile applications.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in both Flutter/Dart and native Android development using Kotlin. Proven ability to seamlessly integrate Flutter applications with native Android components, SDKs, platform services, and third-party libraries is crucial.

Strong engineering fundamentals are a must, with particular emphasis on Clean Architecture, secure coding practices, application security, encryption, performance tuning, and ensuring effective interoperability between Flutter and native Android code.

Key responsibilities include designing and developing scalable mobile applications with Flutter and Dart, alongside developing and maintaining Android native components in Kotlin.

Build robust Flutter-to-Native integrations utilizing Platform Channels, MethodChannel, EventChannel, and BasicMessageChannel. Integrate native Android SDKs and third-party libraries into Flutter applications. Develop Flutter plugins or wrappers for native Android functionalities as needed.

Analyze and troubleshoot issues across Flutter, Dart, Android, and native SDK layers. Apply Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and design patterns to application design. Implement secure coding practices and focus on application security aspects such as encryption, key management, and secure network communication.

A strong emphasis will be placed on hands-on technical proficiency, architecture design, native integration capabilities, security expertise, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

We are looking for an engineer proficient across both Flutter and Android Native layers, capable of independently resolving end-to-end issues that span these different technology stacks.

Experience in security-sensitive applications like Banking, FinTech, or Payments is advantageous. Familiarity with migrating existing native Android applications to Flutter, developing Flutter plugins, and working within Agile/Scrum environments is preferred. A good understanding of Android Gradle build systems and CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications is also beneficial.
