As a Flutter Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and integrating high-quality mobile solutions. Your expertise will bridge the gap between Flutter and native Android, ensuring seamless performance and robust functionality.

You will be responsible for designing and developing scalable mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, alongside developing and maintaining native Android components with Kotlin. Building robust Flutter-to-Native integrations using various channel types is key.

Key duties include integrating native Android SDKs, developing Flutter plugins, and troubleshooting complex issues across all layers. You'll apply Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and implement secure coding practices, including encryption and secure network communication.

This role requires a skilled engineer with 4–8 years of experience, possessing strong hands-on expertise in both Flutter/Dart and Android native development with Kotlin. A deep understanding of native-Flutter interoperability, Clean Architecture, application security, and performance optimization is essential.

Candidates must demonstrate the ability to independently investigate and resolve end-to-end technical issues. A strong emphasis is placed on technical capability, architectural understanding, native integration, security, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
