Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to define and document business requirements for AEM Cloud solutions (Sites, Assets, or Forms). You will translate these requirements into detailed user stories and functional specifications. Working closely with Product Owners and development teams, you will drive backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews.

Your role will involve acting as a crucial liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication. You'll define process flows, create wireframes, and maintain solution documentation. Additionally, you will support AEM implementations, validate features, and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm solutions meet expectations. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and ensuring alignment with business goals are also key aspects of this role.

We are seeking candidates with a strong understanding and practical experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) on cloud environments. Essential knowledge includes content management, publishing workflows, and Digital Asset Management (DAM) concepts. Familiarity with AEM templates, components, content structures, and integrations via APIs or third-party systems is also required.

This position requires 8-12 years of relevant experience. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is necessary, with qualifications such as B.E., B.Tech, MCA, MBA, or MS being ideal. While the base location is Bengaluru, the role involves occasional travel to client sites. Certifications like CSPO, CSM, CBAP, or CCBA are considered a plus. Our work model is hybrid, with customized approaches across teams. The role is based in Bengaluru with potential overlap in Delhi.
