We are seeking a proficient Flutter Engineer with substantial Android Native development expertise. Your primary focus will be designing, developing, and integrating high-quality mobile applications. The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of Flutter/Dart and native Android development using Kotlin, with a proven track record of seamless integration between Flutter and native components.

Key responsibilities include architecting and building scalable Flutter applications using Dart, alongside developing and maintaining native Android components with Kotlin. You will be instrumental in building robust Flutter-to-Native integrations using various platform channels. Additionally, you will integrate native Android SDKs and third-party libraries, develop Flutter plugins for native capabilities, and troubleshoot complex issues across all layers.

Emphasis will be placed on designing applications with Clean Architecture and SOLID principles, implementing secure coding practices, and addressing application security concerns like encryption and secure network communication. You will also optimize application performance, conduct thorough testing, and participate actively in code reviews to uphold architectural standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including architects, backend engineers, and product stakeholders, is essential.

This role demands a versatile engineer capable of navigating both Flutter and Android Native layers, adept at independently diagnosing and resolving issues end-to-end. Strong hands-on technical skills, a deep understanding of architecture, native integration, security protocols, and exceptional problem-solving abilities are paramount.

Desired qualifications include experience in security-sensitive domains like Banking or FinTech, migrating existing Android apps to Flutter, or developing Flutter plugins. Familiarity with Kotlin Coroutines, Jetpack libraries, Firebase services, and performance profiling tools is highly valued. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and a solid grasp of the Android Gradle build system, build variants, and CI/CD pipelines are also beneficial. A strong understanding of code quality, static analysis, and code review practices is expected.
